With a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams, Tracy has been instrumental in aligning strategic sales initiatives with evolving customer needs in highly technical industries.

Jim Kaldem served as distinguished executive leader and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nelson Miller Group (NMG), a global leader in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of custom human-machine interface (HMI) solutions and complex electronic components. With a career spanning over three decades in the industrial technology and manufacturing sectors, Jim has established himself as a strategic visionary dedicated to operational excellence, global expansion, and the preservation of manufacturing legacies.

Jim’s deep technical knowledge is grounded in the foundational technologies of the modern digital world. In the 1990s, he was a key figure at Elo Touchsystems, where he played a vital role in the early development and manufacturing of touchscreen technology. This early experience in high-precision electronics and user interface components provided the blueprint for his later success in managing the production of membrane switches, silicone rubber keypads, and graphic overlays.

Throughout his career, Jim has maintained a steadfast focus on Engineering Design philosophy, ensuring that T and J was a true manufacturing and design partner to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). He is widely recognized for his ability to solve complex engineering challenges and maintaining a global manufacturing footprint that balances cost-efficiency with uncompromising quality.
